Benjamin J. Sens is a South Florida native and graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Master of Science from the College of Architecture, Urban and Public Affairs. Benjamin has had the opportunity to use his knowledge and expertise to oversee Building and Code Enforcement processes for the Cities of Miami Gardens and Weston. Benjamin frequently facilitated public hearings, performed site inspections, reviewed zoning requests, and worked closely with Development Services professionals to build consensus with residents and the business community.
BOSS Constriction Group was established to assist Commercial and Residential property owners with Code Compliance issues. As a third generation general contractor, Benjamin has a diverse skill set and the qualifications to identify code compliance deficiencies. BOSS Construction Group has an array of clients ranging from residents, business owners, real estate professionals, real estate attorneys and title companies.
