How to get to the PayPal Preapproved Page

Have you had trouble getting to the PayPal Pre-approved page to cancel a subscription? It’s been tough when PayPal redesigned their platform recently. But here are the steps:

  1. Login into Paypal
  2. Go to Account Settings submenu item under your profile in the upper right
  3. On the left side menu, go to “Website payments”
  4. Go to “Automatic Payments”
  5. Then go to “My preapproved payments” link
  6. Choose which service to cancel or update
