iPhone 12 with 5G Announced

Apple had their October 2020 event and it came down to two products: the HomePod Mini and the iPhone 12.

Lets start with the HomePod Mini.
Apple announced a new version of its HomePod smart speaker, and it will cost $99.

Apple debuted a new “Intercom” feature that allows for customers with multiple HomePod devices in different rooms to communicate throughout the house

Preorders start on November 6th and shipping begins on November 16th.

And the main product of the event is the iPhone 12. The iPhone 12 will have four versions: iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

The iPhone 12 will now be supporting 5G and a new squared-off design that’s reminiscent of the iPhone 4. 

The iPhone 12 Pro will only have three cameras as the iPhone 11 but will include Apple ProRaw that will provide computational photography. The new iPhone 12 Pro phones will also be able to shoot in HDR video, including support for shooting directly in Dolby Vision HDR.

Also the iPhone 12 will include LIDAR a method for measuring distances (ranging) by illuminating the target with laser light and measuring the reflection with a sensor.

The Prices for the new iPhone 12 models are: For the iPhone 12 Mini will cost $699, iPhone 12 price starts at $799, iPhone 12 Pro starts at $999, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max at $1099.
