Through 23 years of culinary experience he has led award winning kitchens to include stints at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, The Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove, The Cove at Atlantis Bahamas, and the Confidante in Miami Beach and has become one of the most renown pastry chefs in the region.
