Apple has officially entered the foldable phone era.
Meet the iPhone Duo, Apple’s first-ever foldable iPhone, unveiled during its September 2026 keynote.
Closed, the Duo features a compact 5.4-inch outer display. Open it up, and you get a massive 7.6-inch screen designed for videos, gaming and multitasking.
Apple says it’s powered by the new A20 Pro chip, features a titanium design, dual batteries, an advanced camera system and a precision hinge with magnets for a secure closure.
And yes — Touch ID is back, built directly into a side button.
The iPhone Duo launches in Star White and Night Sky, with prices starting at $1,999.
Preorders begin October 16th, with the iPhone Duo hitting stores October 23rd.
