Restart your device to resolve most intermittent issues or if it is unresponsive. Sometimes no audio plays like music, podcast or any audio. To restart your device:
- Unplug your device or the power adapter from the power outlet. Then plug it back in.
- For devices with removable batteries, remove and reinsert the batteries to restart the device.
